OUR VISION
Everyone living and meeting their daily needs in the neighborhood of their choice.
OUR 3 PRINCIPLES
Housing Abundance
We need more homes of every kind across our cities, especially near jobs and transit. This includes allowing rental and owned, unsubsidized and subsidized, in every neighborhood.
Land-Use Liberalization
Rules that mandate low-density neighborhoods, make daily needs hard to get to, require car parking, and limit construction are obstacles to housing abundance and walkability.
Streets for People
All streets must be safe and friendly for walkers, bikers, transit users, and motorists.
